Return Policy

Prints:

You have 14 days from receipt to return an undamaged print for a refund, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Return postage is at your cost. Original postage is non-refundable.

Original paintings:

Due to their one-of-a-kind nature, originals are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Commissions:

Non-refundable once work has begun.
